Information we collect
When you request a quote we collect the details you choose to provide: name, phone number, email address, event date, location and event description. Phone enquiries may result in the same details being recorded so we can prepare a quote.
How we use it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, coordinate an event you have booked, and follow up about that enquiry. We do not sell your information.
Sharing
Details are shared only with the crew staffing your event and, where relevant, with a venue or property manager who requires vendor information. We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers.
Retention
Enquiry and event records are kept as long as needed for business and tax purposes, then deleted. You may request deletion of your enquiry details at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by calling the number below. California residents may exercise applicable rights under state privacy law by the same method.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses only what is necessary to serve pages and, where enabled, basic aggregate traffic measurement. It does not run advertising trackers.
