Terms of Service
These terms cover catering services provided by Coastline Crust Co.. Your written quote governs where it differs from anything here.
Quotes and booking
Quotes are based on the guest count, location, service window and menu described at the time of enquiry. A date is confirmed only when we confirm it directly with you. Material changes to headcount, timing or location may change the quote.
Site access and suitability
You are responsible for ensuring the setup area is accessible, level and safe, and for obtaining any venue, HOA, park or property permissions required for catered service. Where a site proves unsuitable on arrival, we will work with you on an alternative position where one exists.
Changes and cancellation
Tell us as early as possible about changes. Cancellation terms are set out on your individual quote and depend on lead time and the scale of the event.
Food, allergens and dietary needs
Gluten-free and vegan options are prepared with care, but on-site service is a shared preparation environment and we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contact. Guests with severe allergies should be advised accordingly.
Liability
Our responsibility is limited to the catering service supplied. We are not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances outside our control, including venue restrictions, extreme weather, road closures or utility failure at the site.
Pricing and payment
Payment terms appear on your quote. Prices reflect the service described and do not include items or personnel supplied by third parties.
